At Rogue Graphics, each order is produced specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a limited refund and return window. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Custom Livery Designs & Custom Kart Wraps

These items are non-refundable at all stages, including before or after proofs are sent. Once an order is placed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are available.

All Other Customized Products

(This includes, but is not limited to: Decals, stickers, banners, preset liveries, and preset kart wraps.)

Before Proof Is Sent:

You may cancel your order for a 90% refund.

After Proof Is Sent (but before approval):

You may cancel your order for an 80% refund.

After Proof Approval:

Once you approve your proof, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are available.

Defective or Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If the defect is verified, we will remake or refund the product at our discretion.

Material Performance

Vinyl durability and longevity vary based on the material manufacturer, installation method, and environmental conditions.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that fail over time due to wear, misuse, improper installation, or environmental exposure. We reserve the right to determine whether a failure qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

We will review your request and reply within 2–3 business days.
